The bus driver was rude. He embarrassed my mother. He yelled at us when we sat in the'wrong' unassigned seat . . . if seats are not assigned how can you sit in the wrong one? Find another bus line. Great time at Victory Casino, night ended on a sour note due to bus driver however. Bus number 1105 on April 27 2017 Update April 28 no one ever called me. Mark Branson, called my mother however and threatened legal action over my complaint on social media. Uncalled for. It isn't slander if it is true by the way so I am not afraid. What right did he have to call and upset my elderly mother over my social media feed? uncalled for and unprofessional. She is very upset now and is too old to have this kind of stress over what should have been a simple complaint. This is out of hand. Who does that?

My group and I have a orchestra performance and we are sitting out side for the past hour in 90 degree weather at Disney World. We are late for our concert and cannot get our insterments or clothes that we need because our bus is late. Also their wifi doesn't work at all so we have to use our data that is for emergency. With the bus seats being very uncomfortable.
