Horrible the worst place I have ever been to!!!! Waited on drive thru for 15 minutes or more with no one in front of us spoke to 3 different people to order food and no one got it right we left horrible employees that can't even function at a fast food joint!!!!!!!!
Waited over an hour for five tacos. Absolutely terrible service. There was one employee working the register and two cooking. Only one of the cooks looked like they knew somewhat what they were doing. Finally got our food after an hour and the bag has sour cream all spilled in the bag. Do not ever go here.
Food was wrong, and this particular store is extremely over-priced. Staff is not friendly. The girl taking orders just walks over to the counter from the drive-thru and stares at you as if you're bothering her. I should've ate the Popeye's at the truck stop. It's pricey, but at least you get a lot and it's good.
This is a bad place for service.....no soft drinks available.....front registers not working...bad manners for help...and wait on drive thru more than lobby......Mgr. on the phone instead of taking care of problems. If you are on Interstate75 go to next exit with a lot better Taco Bell
Understaff waited 30 minutes for them to take my order. Got food quick it was cold. The staff was nice and under pressure thought they had a positive attitude. Would I eat there again probably not due to the coldness of food.
