Have always had great service! My husband bought a ring last Christmas for me from Brownwood Jewelers. It was yellow gold and I would prefer white. The folks at Brownwood Jewelers were very easy to work with in exchanging the ring. I've used them for sizing, cleaning and gifts as well. Definitely a place I would recommend for all your jewelry needs.

We saw a beautiful ring at a basket auction last year and found out it was from Brownwood Jewelers. I went there to see if I could find one like it for my Wife for a Christmas Present. When I was talking to the manager there I told her about the ring and she knew immediately what ring I was talking about. Not only was she able to get me the exact same ring, she had it in Yellow and White gold to choose from.
I went in to have something engraved and Sue was SO helpful! She helped recommend the best font and was so patient with me in my decision making. Her recommendation was perfect and I was in and out in minutes. I honesty didn't expect to be able to walk in and walk out with my item so quickly. It was a great experience and wonderful customer service.
The manager was very helpful and knowledgeable of their products. I don't know why other ratings say they are Rude, this was one of the most pleasant experiences I had at a Jewelry store in a long time. I didn't feel rushed or spoken down to. I definitely recommend going to this Jewelry store if you are in The Villages are and looking for quality jewelry.
