Stayed here for a night or two in February; I found it to be a nice place with very friendly campers. I joined in on the Bingo game and had a blast, even winning $10. Took advantage of the pool, which was very nicely done. The bathroom facilities were a bit small in the section I stayed (toward the front of the park), yet very acceptable and clean. From this location, I took a ride to check out The Villages and stopped at the Russell Stovers outlet store.
It's great for a overnight stay to replenish water and dump black and gray tank. The front desk lady at the time of check in was not to friendly.
Three Flags has been a great place to stay. Joe and the staff are wonderful. The park is clean and beautiful. Three Flags is home to us. Can't wait to come back here next year.
Nice spot for RVs near the highway but no nature trails and not a place if you want tents and primitive
It was hard to find when you are looking for a new place but when I called the office the staff was Super helpful and polite. Best place to be for relaxation. Brownwood village was awesome to visit and for dinner meals were good prices. Glad I made it out here and I'll be coming again.
