Wasn't a good experience today. Service was awful. Jayden was more worried about people coming in than waiting on them. My husband's chowder should have come out before my steamed oysters. I had to ask about it. He ordered the appetizer of fried oysters and they came out when I was almost done. My oysters came out and she put the gloves on 3 times to shuck them and didn't do them so my oysters we're cold. Had to ask for silver to eat with and none was given to my husband to eat his friend oysters. Usually we have good service.
We’re in town from out of state, heard good things about this place, inside tables and bar are sticky and the floor was filthy. We ate on the deck and our waitress was less than helpful. We asked for another few beers and had to wait for 35 minutes and another server to come out and ask them. The service sucked, they where rude and not helpful at all. There was only one lady that was helpful and I believe she was the cook that was trying to pick up the slack of the others. After we paid the bill one of the servers (not our original waitress) chased us down outside and confronted us about the tip “being well below the amount that needed to be left” this was the same foul mouth girl I over heard cussing about customers inside and heard cussing when she walked past me to get to our in laws about the tip. Service = horrible, Prices = way more than told, Wait staff = rude, foul mouthed, lazy.
Food is fabulous! good portions; prices. Not the friendliest, or most attentive people serving
Great atmosphere. Food was good but a little pricey for a hole in the wall. Great $1 mug of beer price
This is the place you go when you want it local, fast, good, and inexpensive. Cold beer and polite staff. If you wear a tie here you better be serving a warrant.
